The building is located in the municipality of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat in bound landscape. It was built on an area of ​​almost rectangular shape, which extends over sqm. 500. The land, which is fully treated at the green grass and path by some walkways and stone steps, has an inclined trend, and from side to side there are mt. About 4.00 in altitude, so the building has a local portion of the ground floor which appear to be basements.

The project intends to refer to the concept of rationalist house, especially at work so Le Corbusier, who in this area has played the last years of his professional career before being buried in the monumental cemetery of Roquebrune.

Internally the rooms are sober and minimalist. The shades of color ranging from gray / blue of the walls, the white flooring, bleached oak wood, doors and furnishings, contrasted by the dark furniture. The cabinets are all made in the disappearance of internal division walls and fixtures are mostly collected on the ceiling with the presence of some applique camouflaged in the masonry, making it appear the diffuse illumination without giving too much importance to the luminaire, except for some lamps that become furnishing elements.

External designed in order to remember the decks of a ship. The floors are made of slatted teak wood and the railings, painted white iron, they are to be handcrafted following the style of the handrail and handrail of the boats.

The decorative facade elements are obtained by the combination of simple and horizontal reinforced concrete veils edgings. For the exterior wall finishes have been chosen to milky smooth painted plaster, except for the part aboveground basement, slightly indented, built in stone by the use of local limestone blocks hewn by hand. Complete the surgery a garden adorned with plants typical of the local Mediterranean scrub, enclosed by a perimeter wall built with poles and iron net, interrupted only at the two entrances, driveway and pedestrian, made of painted iron sheet also of white.
